My Approach
I believe in the healing power of a healthy, safe, and boundaried relationship.
Because of that, It's important that I show up as my authentically human and imperfect self in sessions.
A lot of times, this looks like a healthy dose of compassion, goofiness, and creativity.
My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to do the same.
After all, when we can relate human to human, real change happens.
Our work together will empower you to tap into your internal strength, resilience, and courage.
I will teach you tools to help when those painful voices saying "You're not enough" arise.
You will learn tools to manage anxiety when things feel overwhelming.
We will also work to safely explore the parts of you that are stuck in the past and are holding onto those beliefs.
Using alternative therapies such as IFS, EMDR, somatic therapy, and others, we will release and unburden these parts from their limitations.
Self-limiting beliefs will transform into love, compassion, and growth.
We will reconfigure your life with this new foundation of self-love and desire for more.
We will look at what is no longer serving you and replace them with what encourages transformation.
Picture fulfilling relationships, unwavering confidence, and so much more!

Insurance
I am now accepting Aetna Insurance.
I can also provide Superbills for potential reimbursement through other insurance providers.
To determine reimbursement qualifications: Please call your insurance and ask about coverage for out of network psychotherapy sessions.
Other questions that may be helpful:
What is your out of network deductible?
What is your coverage once the deductible is met?
How it Works: One potential is that you will pay the out of network deductible and once that is met, you will most likely receive a percentage of the fee for sessions.
The other option is that you may have a copay for sessions.
If they ask, the sessions are CPT code 90837 (60 min psychotherapy sessions). I am licensed as an LPC - Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado.
